The following TERMS and CONDITIONS protect the Company and the users of the Oraclea.com website and its services, referred to hereafter as the Website. The Company takes all security measures to protect all collected personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.



The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and post any updated terms and conditions on the Website. Any amendments to the terms and conditions shall take effect from the date of publication on the Website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing and are bound by the latest terms and conditions that are published on the Website. If a user does not agree with the terms and conditions, they should cease to use the Website.

Users are required to be adults as defined by the age of majority at the location wherethey access the Website. If the Company were made aware that any personal information from children under the age of majority was collected, and were asked to delete such information from our databases, the Company will promptly do so. The Company’s support team undertakes all possible efforts to continuously check subscriber's information and chat logs for violations with the means made available. We reserve the right to apply immediate and permanent suspension in case a screen name is offensive, refers to minors or upon the slightest suspicion of forgery. By registering on Oraclea.com and by accepting the terms and conditions, subscribers agree to indemnify, pay the costs of defense and hold harmless Oraclea.com, its officers, directors, affiliates, attorneys, shareholders, managers, members, agents and employees from any and all claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by third parties arising out of or related to their conduct, statements or actions, as well as breach of any term, condition or promise contained herein and unlawful conduct in the framework of these terms and conditions.


The subscribers pay for accessing the chat hosts on Oraclea.com on a per-minute basis at the available areas of entertainment outlined above in CONTENT. The amounts in question are subject to change at the discretion of Oraclea.com without the subscribers’ previous consent. Fees are payable by users of the services provided at the Website and the users are notified prior to incurring them. All fees include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to change fees, payments, payment processing and collection methods, including but not limited to changes to third party payment processors and currencies in which payment may be made. At this time the payment can be made through PayPal or/and credit card. For bank related charges, subscribers are advised to contact their banks directly. Oraclea.com does not take responsibility for any unforeseen difficulties occurring outside of Oraclea.com.


Subscribers dissatisfied with the provided paid services, may contact Oraclea Customer Service by sending a message from their registered email address to refund@oraclea.com with a detailed description of the complaint. All complaints must be sent to the Oraclea Customer Service within 24 hours of the incident. Our Customer service will investigate all cases and inform the subscriber about the results in a written message. If technical or content related complaints arise due to Oraclea.com or the chat hosts’ systems, then Oraclea Customer Service may compensate the subscribers in the extent of Credits spent in a given event. If technical or content related incident occurs from the subscribers’ side, then Oraclea Customer Service cannot accept the subscribers’ compensation request. Oraclea Customer Service handles every case individually and makes all reasonable effort to resolve it amicably. Oraclea Customer Service refunds money to the subscribers’ credit cards only in well-founded cases and only in the extent of full credit packages to the credit card used on Oraclea.com. When a credit package is refunded, its unused portion is deducted from the subscriber’s Oraclea.com account. Certain payment methods do not permit refunds to be executed because of technical reasons. In these cases we reserve the right to permanently close the subscriber's account. Oraclea.com grants full cooperation to legal authorities investigating fraudulent transactions and other matters falling under legal jurisdictions, as well as responds to subpoenas and court orders.


The subscriber agrees not to copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit and/or make available to the public any of the content/materials of the Website without the prior consent of the Website. The subscriber is fully liable for any false disclosures and responsible for any legal claims that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material and images contained within this Website. The subscriber will not use obscene words, threaten or quarrel with, or violate the rights of visitors, broadcasters, Oraclea.com support persons or management of the Website, since it is prohibited. Text content sent or forwarded and the chosen username will not be offensive, or rude. The Subscriber will inform, immediately the Website of any unlawful conduct of the broadcasters, as well as of any unlawful use of trademarks, brands and/or registered music. The subscriber will not arrange any personal meetings with any chat hosts. The subscriber will not solicit, purchase or sell any goods or enter into any business or deal with the chat hosts.


If the subscriber does not want to renew the web space the Oraclea.com support should be contacted by email (subscription@oraclea.com) or via our chat support. The subscriber can also send a cancellation as a letter or fax to Oraclea.com. In case you send the cancellation by letter or fax, the cancellation must bear your signature. Oraclea.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription in case of breach of any terms and conditions or any unlawful conduct of the subscriber.
